+ hi guys.. sorry for not able to update this fotopage for quite sometime. pp's web sites ( cikimiki / art club etc ) is the main priority now along with the editing of our clients albums plus other stuffs. phew! sweating like mad these days! anyway, this time i would like to update a recent wedding ( well, december 2007.. ) that we've covered. and to tell the story about this couple, here is the excerpt from the bride's email

" Fairul and I met in Wellington. It was around September 2000... my final year in high school. I followed my mum to the Malaysian High Commissioner's residence because he was having a gathering for Malaysian students and Malaysian High Commission staff were also invited (my dad was working at the High Comm at the time). Anyhow, saw this man talking to my mum and I didn't take much notice of him. It was Fairul of course. We didn't see each other again until the next year .. around February 2001.. my first year at university. We both went to Victoria University of Wellington, Fairul at that time was already coming to his third year. Apparently, he was looking for me throughout Orientation Week because he had heard from my mum that I was going to the same university. We finally met again. We spent a lot of time together - hanging out, going to the movies, bowling, doing all sorts of Malaysian cultural stuff etc etc.. and in April 2001, Fairul told me how he felt about me and I likewise. So we became a couple since.
Fairul and I both feel settled now that we are married..we now have that peace of mind. We decided to live in Wellington..it's our second home. Both our careers and studies are here.... "

+ it is very heartbreaking when a client suddenly called, speaking with much distress, saying that one of their relatives have booked and paid in full to some other photographer for your client's events as a 'wedding gift'. it is also such a melancholy, when a client suddenly called, speaking with no less distress, saying that she had to cancel booking and asked for refund as her parents suddenly found a cheaper photographer and sees your fees exorbitant. well, orang melayu kata... tak ada rezeki... apa nak buat... +
+ anyway, alhamdulillah i am not that worried as i am already booked since last year for the hottest weekend in 2008. insya allah i will be in action in sabah throughout the weekend for an akad nikah & reception with 'jalan-jalan cari makan' in between. ha ha ha . but as i also have my wonderful team of peektugraphers suddenly out of assignments for the weekend, it is a blessing in disguise for those who have yet to found a photographer. and this chance shall be a first-come-first-serve one! +

+ Nurliza or Iza first met Aizat or Ruhaizat in mid 2005. Iza fondly remembers how Aizat in one of his initial 'moves' had asked Iza out, to a burger stall in front of Aizat's office!  hmmmmm.. OK! hehehe. Iza yang nak menjaga hati Aizat eventhough doesn't quite a burger-type pun telan aje lah.. as how she puts it " Orang dah nak belanje kan.. tak baik la pulak.. " hehehe +
+ from a burger, it grew to french fries.. acah aje. heheh. from then onwards, they get to know each other better and on chinese new year day last year, they got engaged. they tied the wedding knot 10 months later at Masjid Kg Paroi, Seremban. +
+ and finally on 23rd dec 2007, they held their reception at Dewan Perbandaran Seremban, N9. congrats to the couple! +

+ congrats to maisarah & yazeed who got engaged last november. maisarah & yazeed were both medical students from UPM. eventhough they were from the same batch, it was only in their 4th year when they started getting to know each other. they were totally ignorant of each other prior to that! .. kalau dah jodoh kan.. apa nak dikata...
